A great price for a sustainable wine. Hallmark Sauvignon Blanc characteristics of citrus flowers and chalk. Sweet citrus (nectarine and lime) and white flower and grassy notes on the nose. Electric acid with a mineral driven finish. Pairs well with our Autumn Chicory & Fresh Goat Cheese Salad. We could (and do) drink this one every day.
