Roasted Full Belly Farm Honeynut Squash Purée
Honeynut squash has a more concentrated, sweet pumpkin flavor than the more well-know butternut variety. Before pureeing, we roast the squash with browned-butter, dates & a splash of sherry vinegar to keep it from overwhelming with sweetness. Our herb mix and pomegranate seeds perfectly accompany this dip-able side.
