Blood oranges, marinated beets, and avocado finished with a Mignonette inspired vinaigrette (bubbles + red wine vinegar + shallots + evoo = a vinaigrette you will fall in love with). Toasted pumpernickle breadcrumbs add just the right amount of crunch.
